CUDIGHI PASTY
This specialty pasty is made from our ground Cudighi, an Italian sausage with roots in the Upper Peninsula. It is spicy and sweet and it is combined with provolone cheese, potato, bell pepper, and onion. We think its best with marinara sauce on the side, but gravy is always a good choice, too.

Just like the Pastrami Reuben sandwich, this specialty pasty is made with house-smoked pastrami, swiss cheese, potato, and sauerkraut. We think its best with a side of 1000 Island dressing but feel free to choose a different sauce or gravy.
