Our path from our beginning in 2014 as a sandwich shop and caterer (Shier's Deli & Catering), to our next iteration as a pasty shop with smoked meat sandwiches (Shier's Pasties & More), and finally, to our current venture as Midland Pasty Company, has been a long and colorful journey.
